What Stencify is not
- Not a web app or desktop program. It cannot be used in a browser or installed on Windows or Mac.
- Not a drawing app. It converts and edits images; it does not replace a sketching tool.
- Not a finished artwork generator. The output is a stencil: linework, with optional stipple, crosshatch or broken-line shading, not coloured tattoo art.
- Not a printer. It exports files that you print on your own thermal or inkjet printer.

Does Stencify work on PC?⌄
No. There is no Windows, Mac or web version. Exported PDFs can be sent to a computer and printed from there.
What file formats does Stencify export?⌄
PNG and PDF, printed at the exact size you set in cm or inches, on A4 or US Letter paper, for thermal or inkjet printers. Large designs print across several pages. Stencils can also be saved or shared in HD (4K).
Is Stencify a tattoo design generator?⌄
Its main job is stencil linework. It can create linework from a text description, but it does not produce finished, coloured tattoo artwork.
